Orders for children’s products must be placed by an adult.

A size name such as Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large may not be identical across all products.

Payments may be processed by Square or another third-party payment provider made available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The payment provider may process the transaction
  • We may charge the amount shown in your order summary

We do not directly store complete payment card numbers when payment information is submitted directly to our payment processor.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and transaction rules.

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE

After you place an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation email.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted, processed, or shipped.

We may review an order before accepting it.

An order is generally accepted when it enters fulfillment or ships, subject to applicable law.

We may cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary because of:

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

Orders may enter processing or fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Changing a shipping address after an order has entered fulfillment may not be possible.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may change without notice.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.

We may limit the quantity of products available to any customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address when reasonably necessary to manage inventory or prevent abuse.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, offer an alternative when appropriate, or issue a refund.

  1. PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders or backorders.

A pre-order or backorder product is not immediately available for shipment.

Estimated processing or shipping time will be stated on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or other relevant notice.

Estimated dates are provided in good faith but may change because of production, supplier, transportation, customs, weather, inventory, or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship within the stated or properly updated timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before shipment. Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered final processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, methods, rates, free-shipping thresholds, estimated processing times, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Shipping carriers are independent third-party service providers. Carrier delays may occur after an order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Komikku Villa LLC is not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where the problem resulted from our error.

An order may be returned to us if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient refuses the package
  • The carrier cannot complete delivery
  • The package is not collected when required

Reshipping charges and deductions from an approved refund may apply as described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

  1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Contact us promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem or if a package arrives damaged.

We may require:

  • Tracking information
  • Photographs of the package and product

Available resolutions depend on the circumstances, carrier findings, product availability, and applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning an item.

Do not return products to a manufacturer or mail products to our business address unless we specifically provide that address as the authorized return location.

Our Returns & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • Start and expiration dates
  • Product exclusions
  • Minimum purchase requirements
  • Customer or account limits
  • Geographic restrictions

  • Restrictions on combining promotions

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed orders.

If gift cards are offered, additional gift-card terms may apply.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for protecting gift-card codes from unauthorized use.

You are responsible for following all product labels, sizing information, care instructions, warnings, and intended-use guidance.

Products should not be modified or used in an unsafe or unintended manner.

Children should use age-appropriate products under appropriate adult supervision.

Komikku Villa LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorized alteration, failure to follow instructions, or ordinary wear and tear, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

  1. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, Komikku Villa name and branding, original text, original graphics, original photographs, layout, product presentation, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Komikku Villa LLC.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
